Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
0+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-financial stakeholders
Proficiency in financial analysis software, including Excel, and experience with financial planning and budgeting systems
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
