Job Description:

Job Summary
This position performs financial analyses (e.g., client level profitability, variance comments, trend analysis, asset expenditures, etc.) across various products and sector groups. He/She compiles and prepares reports, graphs, charts, and written financial summaries. This position performs general finance and accounting processes including researching, analyzing, creating, and processing monthly journal entries. He/She supports a defined operational group and communicates with various management levels. This position acts as the key Finance and Accounting liaison with the Operations team in areas of financial training, general financial statement support, client pricing efforts, General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls (e.g., revenue recovery, Accounts Receivables [AR], audits, billing adjustments, etc.), forecasting, and annual budgeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with financial reporting.
  • Adheres to internal financial and accounting controls.
  • Assists in business planning and forecasting.
  • Assists in financial and profitability analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline - Preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a small group

Basic Qualifications:

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $27.75/hr to $45.10/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
