Financial Analyst I

Job Description:

TTI Floorcare has an opening in the Anderson, SC corporate office for a Finance Analyst I within the Commercial Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a focused finance background in addition to strong organization, communication and analytical skills. This role will be highly visible to executive leadership and offer great opportunities for advancement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with key business leaders within Sales, Channel Marketing and Product Management to deliver on business objectives.
• Provide Support for Month End Reporting, Forecasting, & Budget Process
• Maintain financial databases, providing accurate profitability analysis for Floorcare customers and product categories
• Preparation of periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support leadership
• Development and implementation of new reporting tools to meet growing business demands
• Play a key role in the preparation of the Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reviews
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements to drive out non-value add activities

• Previous Oracle and Hyperion experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 1 year finance and accounting experience – preferably for a large corporation
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
• Must be available to work in the office
