We’re looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to support our Americas Sales Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience analyzing financial data, supporting decision-making, and learning the inner workings of a global consumer products organization.
What You’ll Do
As an intern, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, contributing to projects that help drive profitable growth and improve business insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Sales and Marketing with analysis of customer programs, promotions, and profitability
- Assisting with sales forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Helping prepare monthly reporting packages and business reviews for leadership
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assisting with account reconciliations, trade accrual tracking, and issue resolution
- Supporting pricing management and customer dispute analysis
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives across the Sales Finance function
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Comfort working with Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other data tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about financial analysis and business operations

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
