THE JOB:

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the FP&A team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance and working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst on various projects. This role provides ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to support FP&A leadership in the property‑level budgeting process in partnership with the Corporate FP&A team. This position is based on‑property, as the Financial Analyst’s work spans across multiple functional areas. You will effectively support a cross‑functional team, partner with both property‑ and corporate‑level counterparts, and present clear analyses and recommendations to senior executives at both levels.

THE SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

• Hours may be adjusted to support business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborates with Manager Planning & Analysis in identifying and executing on analysis opportunities within the property

• Assists in planning and budgeting activities at property fostering strong partnership with Corporate Finance

• Leverages emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance analytical capabilities, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency in financial reporting.

• Contributes to financial management of Property by providing insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost identification and allocation, and risk management

• Collaborates in data and analytics innovation

• Partners with Enterprise Analytics to assist Property team in action planning on insights, tracking of progress and achievement of goals

• Creates ad‐hoc reporting, analyzes and make recommendations regarding analysis to senior Planning and Analysis team members

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience.

• Previous casino or hospitality experience (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle Smart View and SQL (preferred)

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$58,800.00 - $78,400.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
