Coordinate financial reports providing guidelines and guidance for the team members.
Consolidation of global reports, including Income Statement, Cashflow, KPIs and other financial reports and analysis
Preparation of financial decks to help support Business Leaders
Commercial activities: pricing analysis, program reviews, footprint strategies business case, cost models etc.
Cost model preparation, business case and gate review analysis
Responsible for the consolidation of financial reports, weekly flash, cash, monthly forecast, annual budget
Consolidation of monthly financial reports: pricing, mix, MCS, HC, Ops Performance, FX, etc.
Responsible for leading the calendar and communication and follow-up with plants
Assists Finance Director with closing activities for month end and other requested projects as needed

EDUCATION:
B.S. degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or relevant discipline.

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a finance role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP)
Ability to manage priorities and stay on schedule in a challenging environment.
Possess prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively
Committed to a teamwork approach.
Proven ability to hold self and others accountable for deliverables and expectations.
Adhere to the policy and practice of refusing to tolerate or allow behavior defined by Tenneco as unsafe.
