What You Will Do
- You will be the FP&A analyst in support of New Business Investment (NBI). The right candidate will be comfortable being a team player and have the personality and skills to think creatively about how to best present and analyze data to drive strategic decision making for long term growth.
- You will be responsible for supporting the NBI & IRAD financial planning efforts for weekly and monthly reporting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic and Long-Range Planning (LRP-5 Year Plans), and other ad-hoc management reviews.
- Expect high visibility including substantial interaction with senior finance managers and directors and leaders of Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) group. The ability to develop productive partnerships with our team, other functions, analysts, and the Product Line leaders are essential for success in this position.
- You need the ability to effectively communicate at multiple layers within and outside the organization (written/verbal).
- There are unique opportunities to have added focus or visibility into investments such as Capital and IRAD to shape the continued strategic future growth.
- This position is currently designated as Onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite from one of the following locations: Tucson, AZ; McKinney, Tx, or MA (various).
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with MS office products (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Skill with dashboard creations such as Tableau or Power BI, etc.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and synthesize data into managerial summaries.
- High attention to detail and accuracy and good problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Works under general direction and participates in determining objectives of assignment.
- Ability to identify issues and implement corrective action plans that produce positive results.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
