Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as project needs demand. Incumbent should reside within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK) in order to be considered for the position.

Job Summary

The Financial Systems Analyst drives and optimizes the delivery of the Bank’s comprehensive suite of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Services. This role manages data integration, metadata, and reporting across the product portfolio to support consolidation, close, and planning cycles. Additionally, this role uses reporting tools to retrieve data and provides support for the database engine powering financial applications.

Responsibilities

● Perform the monthly close and consolidation process, including validating the integrations between financial applications.

● Administer and configure various EPM modules, including updating business calculation rules, maintaining metadata, and delivering functional support and end-user training.

● Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and efficiency, and implementing system updates and enhancements.

● Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting to internal teams and business partners to resolve complex system defects and issues.

● Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations.

● Contribute to project initiatives; executes assigned tasks as required for the successful progression and completion of the project.

● Create documentation of system and data flows in a written or diagram format to facilitate understanding for business, technology, and compliance users.

● Maintain financial controls and compliance for the EPM Cloud suite applications and other financial applications, such as Sageworks, Certent, Tagetik, and Paragon.

● Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training, adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

● Other duties and special projects may be assigned.


    Responsibilities:

    Experience

    ● Required: 3 years of experience partnering with teams to create and improve process methodologies.

    ● Required: 2 years of experience administering Accounting or Financial functions or systems including 1 year of experience using the Oracle EPM environment, including the Capital, Workforce, PBCS, TRCS, EPCM, and ARCS modules, Business Intelligence, and Hyperion.

    ● Required: 2 years of experience with report writing and data transformation including advanced spreadsheet functions and analytical skills.

    ● Preferred: Working knowledge of effective internal controls.

    ● Preferred: Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting, and business processes.

    ● Preferred: Ability to embrace new opportunities and challenges; proven experience with new initiatives and associated change management.

    ● Relevant work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

    ● Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

    ● Ability to travel overnight, unaccompanied, within the United States via automobile and air is required, on occasion.

    ● The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
