About this role
About the Department
Will serve patients/employees meals in a cafeteria setting. Prepare salads/desserts, etc. Fills in as needed to cover the snack bar area. Maintain sanitation in all areas of department. Puts up stock as it arrives in the dietary department. Helps cook as needed, assist in inventory control, help with dish/service sanitation, disposes of trash, and cleans receptacles, serves diets according to manual/menu set by facility/agency. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime is a requirement for this position. This is a tobacco free facility. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable causes, as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Employees must successfully complete a background check.
This position is eligible for an appointment incentive of $5000.00 to the selected applicant who agrees to work for the facility for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
