Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Comfortable driving a food truck for trips up to 2 hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work both independently and with a team.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Load products and supplies onto the truck.
• Drive the food truck safely to and from event locations.
• Prepare and load truck for daily business operations.
• Basic food preparation of limited items.
• Assist with basic food preparation and service.
• Clean truck interior, equipment, and all dishes associated with operations.
• Unload, clean, restock, and reload all small wares and coolers.
• Perform weekly detailed cleaning of the truck’s interior and exterior.
• Clean facility and parking lot areas after daily operations are completed.
• Support catering and event operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Works in hot or cold, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must have valid Drivers License
• Clean driving record required
