This role works closely with receiving, production, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support order fulfillment, and ensure customer and business commitments are met.You will be responsible for executing daily shipping and material movement activities, operating equipment safely, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall warehouse flow.Let's talk about your responsibilities:Accurately identify, move, and ship materials in accordance with standard operating proceduresSafely operate material handling equipment to transport materials and finished goodsLoad and unload trucks and containers while maintaining safety and product integrityPrepare, stage, and verify customer orders for shipmentEnsure shipping documentation and system transactions are accurate and completeMaintain accurate inventory records using WMS and RF/handheld scanning devicesOpen boxes and containers, label materials, and mark items with identifying information as requiredSupport order fulfillment activities to meet productivity and service expectationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAdhere to all safety, quality, and fulfillment production standardsReport damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns immediatelyPerform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned Let's talk about you To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or relevant experience, along with the ability to consistently perform work safely and accurately.Experience and Skills:Experience loading and unloading trucks and containersExperience operating material handling equipment, including Raymond branded lifts or similar equipmentAbility to work in narrow aisle environments and elevated locations as requiredExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF/handheld scannersExperience supporting order fulfillment operationsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsYou'll also need to be able to: Be flexible to work varying schedules, including 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday and overtime as neededStand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout assigned shiftsUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move materialsWork safely in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levelsLet's talk about the team You won't be shipping just another box.
