The Finance team provides strategic and analytical support to the business, enabling informed decision‑making through financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The FP&A function plays a critical role in translating financial data into insights that guide operational and strategic priorities.
As the FP&A area continues to develop and evolve, the team is focused on building strong financial processes, tools, and reporting to support sustainable growth. You will support the development and expansion of the FP&A function by assisting with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This role offers hands‑on exposure to core FP&A processes and provides an excellent opportunity to build strong financial and analytical skills in a professional environment.
This position is ideal for someone interested in corporate finance, data analysis, and business strategy who is eager to learn and contribute to building scalable financial planning capabilities.
So, what will you be doing as an FP&A Intern?
- Financial Reporting & Analysis – Assist with preparing and analyzing financial reports, including monthly performance summaries and variance analyses.
- Budgeting & Forecasting Support – Help support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning efforts by gathering data and maintaining models.
- Data Collection & Validation – Collect, organize, and validate financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Modeling & Tools Development – Support the development and improvement of FP&A models, templates, and dashboards.
- Business Partner Support – Assist the FP&A team in responding to ad‑hoc financial requests from operations and leadership.
- Process Improvement – Help document FP&A processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting quality.
- Learning & Development – Work closely with Finance leadership and FP&A professionals to gain exposure to strategic financial planning activities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency or familiarity with Excel and financial data analysis.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Things we consider a plus:
- Coursework or experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Experience working with large datasets or financial models.
- Familiarity with financial systems, BI tools, or dashboards.
- Interest in corporate finance or FP&A as a career path.
