• Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Productive Equipment (PPE) requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
• Responsible for all legal compliance as it pertains to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) to include record retention, sale, and consumption policies, ensuring all phases of Reasonable Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification and any other applicable area.
• Responsible for acting as a liaison between the store and the vendor community to include setting up in-store demos, making C.O.D. payments for products, maintaining item variety, in-stock position, and all other activities requiring vendor involvement.
• Complete orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stocks items, check dates, react to items going out of code, and does all department tasks as needed.
• Set up and stock end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and does resets.
• Cut or hit cardboard cartons to flatten them, load them onto U-boat, and take them to the bailer.
