Pay Range: $24.66 to $36.99 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

• Design, enhance, and maintain measurement tools, KPI, dashboards and reports
• Gain input from stakeholders to design solutions to issues
• Gather and translate technical information to key stakeholders
• Research, identify, and analyze cost saving processes
• Oversee various projects as needed
• Develop efficient methods of data collection
• Support the budget process of the department and the company

• Four-year degree with emphasis in analytics, mathematics, or statistics   
• Self-starter with high level of self-confidence and drive
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented 
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Exce, SQL, Python, or R 
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Commitment to learning new skills and staying updated with the latest analysis tools
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional manner
