Full Time Back of House Team Member

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Chick-fil-A is a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurant. We offer a positive, team-based work environment that supports and encourages team members to grow as individuals. We are looking for new Team Members for our kitchen operations who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working proficiently in all kitchen positions including but not limited to hot and cold food prep, breading, and cooking using various kitchen equipment.

• Providing crave-able food and fast service to guests.

• Ensuring food safety standards.

• Unloading deliveries.

• Restocking supplies.

• Maintaining a clean store environment.

*Daytime & Evening positions available*

*Full-Time starting salary $16*

Requirements

• Must have a reliable source of transportation.
• Must be friendly and outgoing in order to provide excellent customer service.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience in foodservice is preferred but not necessary.
