<strong>Relationship Guru:</strong> Be the friendly face everyone loves to see</li>

<strong>Keep it Running:</strong> Maintain a spotless center and a smooth operation</li>

<strong>Delegate Tasks:</strong> Make sure your team is on point and you aren't burnt out</li>

<strong>Flex Your Weekly Schedule:</strong> Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift</li>

<strong>Stay Active:</strong> Navigate a physically demanding environment with the energy of a kid on a sugar rush.</li>

<strong>Certification:</strong> Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training</li>

<strong>Supervise:</strong> Assistant General Manager, Lead Coach, and other coaches</li>

<strong>Collaborate:</strong> Center team members and families -- you're basically the glue</li>

<strong>Coordinate:</strong> Area Developer (Franchisee) and KidStrong HQ team members</li>

<strong>Coaching Background:</strong> Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years</li>
<li>
<strong>People Skills:</strong> Chat up parents and guardians with ease</li>

<strong>Tech Savvy:</strong> Practical experience with Google, Microsoft and social media platforms</li>
<li><strong>CPR Certification (or willing to receive)</strong></li>
