DeTar Hospital is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join our established hospital-employed surgical team in Victoria, Texas.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving, well-established practice with immediate surgical volume, a strong referral network, and experienced physician colleagues. You'll work alongside two employed general surgeons while stepping into an active practice that offers the opportunity to build a busy surgical practice from day one.

• Join an established team employed general surgeons (recruiting to maintain the group of three following one physician's departure)
• Immediate access to an established referral base supported by 13 employed primary care providers and a Family Medicine Residency Program with 27 residents

• Advanced laparoscopic skills encouraged
• Surgical endoscopy welcomed; candidates interested in performing endoscopy are highly desired
• Opportunity to help expand advanced surgical services and keep more patients receiving care locally
