Job Description
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Think logically and systematically; solve complex problems; effectively apply general principles to specific conditions
- Analyze business and technical processes and determine ways of making them more efficient
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Train existing Staff in API Techniques
Qualifications
Position: GIS Analyst

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- GIS mapping software products including ESRI ArcGIS and ArcSDE geodatabases.
- Principles, applications, and techniques of geographical information technology.
- Database management systems (DBMS): MS SQL, DB2, Informix, Oracle, with particular knowledge of extensions that enable the storage of spatial data.
- Spatial analysis concepts, spatial data management and data base design.
- Strong API Development Skills
