As a part of the GBAI team, you will architect and deliver AI-powered, intuitive, and connected solutions to significantly amplify the value GBO brings to customers and partners. You will partner closely with Sales teams, gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support advertiser success across the ecosystem. As leaders of the customer experience, you will advocate for big-picture visions, feature requests, and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights. Your work enables business teams to deliver delightful support and services to our customers.
As a Global Product Lead for Policy, you will partner closely with gTech Ads Support Services, LCS Sales, Product Management (PM) and Engineering to define and deliver the next-generation infrastructure tools that will power the Policy experience for customers, practitioners and sellers. You will be part of a fast-paced team that works cross-functionally to build, launch, and land new technology roadmap to improve the Policy experience across our internal and external platforms.
US: $178000 - $258000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Ads policy, regulatory, or Trust and Safety challenges, specifically in how they impact business strategy, Sales and Support experiences.
- Understanding of applied Artificial Intelligence, support platforms, the online advertising industry, and Google Ads.
- Quantitative analysis skills including experience with SQL/ PLX.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, building and tailoring narratives for a range of audiences, including executive leaders.
- Comfortable working with large datasets to identify insights and outliers, and summarize key findings.
- Success in project management, execution, decision-making and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
- Partner with gTech Ads, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance to translate customer needs and policy priorities into strategic technical roadmaps.
- Articulate prioritized requirements built on quantified business cases measuring Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), adoption, headcount savings, and revenue uplift to align product and technical teams.
- Build, audit, and govern agentic skills and platform tools while representing end-user needs and maintaining transparency around system capabilities.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover operational patterns, identify tooling gaps, and translate data insights into well-defined business recommendations.
- Plan and drive global launch strategies, developing comprehensive deployment plans, training programs, and support materials to maximize product feature adoption.
