Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Science).
  • Experience in measurement, advertising technology (adtech), or digital marketing.
  • Experience influencing executive leaders and stakeholders through data, judgment, and insights.
  • Experience communicating complex or technical products clearly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects in a changing, matrixed environment.

In this role, you will be a general measurement expert, adept at understanding customer issues and translating them into product needs, while also explaining technical product capabilities in a clear, solution-oriented way to customers and sales teams. While this role requires a broad understanding of the measurement landscape, a key focus will be the ability to go deep and quickly become a technical expert where needed, particularly on offline data signals and Data Manager. You will be collaborating closely with Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, and will launch and scale initiatives that enable advertisers to build durable data foundations. You will be working directly with sales teams or clients, with an ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global strategies to drive advertiser adoption and activation of key measurement and data foundation solutions, including data strength products like Data Manager, API Migrations, and Signal adoption.
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, support (gTech), Marketing, and Product Managers to define goals, strategy, and roadmaps for measurement products and features.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal teams, translating customer needs and market feedback into product requirements.
  • Develop and scale enablement resources, best practices, and training programs for Sales, Support (gTech), and partners to ensure successful deployment and utilization of measurement solutions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key adoption, usage, and performance trends for measurement products to executive leadership across the Global Business Organization, Product, and Engineering.
