Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Global Standards Owner, Logistics to join our Supply Chain Excellence team located in Courcelles, BE, La Louviere, BE, Beerse, BE .

The Global Standard Owner (GSO) will report into the Director of Service and Logistics Standards & Strategic Programs and is accountable for the strategy and capabilities that drive an improved and competitive customer experience, realized through effective global process design and standardization worldwide and across all business segments.
 

This position will enable new capabilities, with an ongoing focus on customer value and supporting marketplace growth. Responsibilities include driving proactive development, design, standardization, and governance of all Logistics enterprise standards.
 

The GSO will collaborate with sub-process stakeholders and peer process owners across all segments and regions to ensure effective and efficient integration of process operations and identification and leverage of cross-process synergies, particularly with commercial, planning and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold the definition of “best in class” for people, process, systems, and metrics for SLT operations.
  • Lead the development of standards that govern global end-to-end process including associated policies and technologies.
  • Manage updates, additions, and statutory exceptions to processes, as needed; maintain version control for all documentation.
  • Ensure alignment and integration with cross-functional global processes, including Compliance.
  • Drive global deployment and adoption of processes, incorporating regional and local requirements as needed.
  • Review end-to-end process performance and provide governance for process adoption and business demand; participate in governance boards to help resolve operational issues.
  • Drive global maturity and adherence assessment program, including
    • Maintain assessments roadmap in partnership with segments
    • Support assessments
    • Consolidate results and key global themes
    • Align with segments on roadmap items
  • Act as lead consultant to partner with segments to generate demand
  • Enable new capabilities, with an ongoing focus on customer value and supporting marketplace growth.
    • Support the development of AI solutions, through augmented operations or operations supervising AI.
    • Implement opportunities identified in assessments
    • Coordinate with Excellence teams as required to resource improvements
  • Model collaborative behaviors and support a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to cross-enterprise thinking and fact-based decision-making, operating effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 5-10 years related experience in Logistics process development and deployment
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization is critical for success.
  • Multi-sector experience is preferred Global experience preferred
  • Able to synthesize and connect multiple inputs and translate into simple solutions and messages.
  •  Partner effectively and influence at all levels in a matrix environment, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Proven experience directly and indirectly managing people is required.
  •  Experience translating business strategy into execution.
  •  Experience working with various levels (from peers to senior executives) and managing resources in a matrix environment; strong influence management skills preferred.
  • Proven track record of influencing and relationship-building skills that inspire trust and quickly build credibility with key stakeholders preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate collaboration; excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required.
  • Experience driving progress and remaining focused under ambiguous and complex situations preferred; strong consulting, leadership, and analytical skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced Digital and AI tools

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€96,000.00 - €165,025.00

 

 

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
