- Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Engineering, Design, and regional partners to advance innovation initiatives.
- Influence without authority by aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives, decisions, and next steps.
- Serve as a change agent who promotes new ways of thinking and working in early‑stage innovation
- Partner with R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure concepts are feasible, relevant, and strategically aligned.
- Develop compelling narratives, concept stories, and executive‑ready materials that clearly articulate customer need, value, and strategic relevance.
- Present innovation concepts, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership audiences.
- Partner with agency and external collaborators as needed to support ideation, research, and concept development
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
