About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Go-to-Market Business Analyst to support high-priority commercial programs, product launches, and strategic initiatives in the large law segment. This person will help the business make better decisions by turning ambiguous questions into structured analysis, defining success metrics, synthesizing data and feedback, and delivering clear recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Location: On-Site in Dayton, Ohio. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Position Start Date: June 15, 2026
Graduation Qualifications: Applicants should have completed their studies or expect to finish between December 2025 and May 2026.
Responsibilities
Turn loosely defined business questions into clear work plans, including what needs to be learned, from whom, by when, and how decisions will be made.
Define success metrics, establish baselines, and build simple measurement approaches to evaluate go-to-market programs, launches, and strategic initiatives.
Pull, clean, analyze, and summarize data from spreadsheets, dashboards, and other business systems to support prioritization and decision-making.
Synthesize qualitative feedback from customers and internal stakeholders into key themes, patterns, risks, and actionable insights.
Develop clear recommendations that reflect both the data and its limitations, and communicate confidence levels, tradeoffs, and key risks.
Build crisp, executive-ready presentations and materials to support leadership reviews, program decisions, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment.
Support cross-functional go-to-market initiatives by coordinating inputs, aligning stakeholders, and helping drive deliverables to completion.
Use AI tools effectively to improve research, synthesis, content development, and overall speed and quality of work.
Requirements
Be on track to receive a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, marketing analytics, or a related field of study by May 2026. Having an MBA is highly advantageous.
Having some experience in business analysis, go-to-market, strategy, consulting, marketing, sales operations, or related fields is highly valued.
Possess structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity and direction to ambiguous tasks.
Demonstrate ability to define metrics, evaluate performance, and make sound prioritization or tradeoff recommendations.
Showcase proficient analytical skills, including experience working in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or other data-query experience is a plus.
Be able to synthesize both quantitative data and qualitative feedback into clear, decision-relevant insights.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the judgment to communicate risks, limitations, and confidence levels clearly.
Possess effective PowerPoint skills and comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to work more effectively.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
