POSITION SUMMARY

Member of the Golf Operations assisting in Member and Guest Greeting, Driving Range Operations, Golf Cart Operations, Bag Room and Cart Storage, and Delivery Happy to our Members! Assist Golf Professional Staff in any other needs to run Golf Operation.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Punctual, Friendly, and Outgoing Personality
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Can work many hours on feet and can work at irregular working hours
• Must be 16 year of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Love of the Game of Golf helpful but not required
• Available to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends  

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide and deliver exceptional member/guest services while Deliver Happy to Members and Guests
• Greet Members and Guests at Bag Drop
• Bag Storage and Golf Club Cleaning
• Golf Cart Staging and Cleaning 
• Driving Range Set up and Break Down, as well as picking golf balls off driving range
• Ensure Bag Drop, Cart Barn, Bag Storage, Driving Range, and areas around Clubhouse are clean, organized and tidy
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Must be able to stand on feet, walk, carry objects, stoop, kneel, and lift
• Must work well in stressful and high-pressure situations
• Must maintain composure and objectivity at all times
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Must be able to stand on feet majority of the day
