• Cleaning windows, screens, and window tracks at houses and small commercial properties
• Most of it is done standing on the ground; some jobs need a ladder — we'll train you on that too
• You'll ride out to job sites in a company vehicle
• You'll talk to customers, explain what you did, and leave the place looking great

• $16/hour to start, during your ~2-week training period
• After that, performance-based pay — most techs make $18–22/hour
• Experienced techs on our team make $25+/hour
• Biweekly pay 

• Full time, Monday–Friday, roughly 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
• No nights. No weekends. Ever.
• We work in most weather — we'll always tell you straight what to expect

• Valid driver's license and a decent driving record
• Comfortable with occasional ladder work
• Can lift about 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
• Shows up on time, every day

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
