About this role

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) & Crisis Communication Lead this role includes the management of Corporate Security’s Global Security Operation Center, a 24/7 intelligence fusion center that analyzes potential crises globally and assesses their impact to company operations, facilities and personnel.  The GSOC manager coordinates with management teams within other departments to ensure the GSOC’s staff of intelligence analysts are providing timely, relevant information to these various groups.  This position is also a crisis communication lead during a mass communication event.

The GSOC & Crisis Communication Lead is accountable for generating high-quality intelligence reports and supporting a wide range of business functions, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate investigations
  • Intellectual property protection
  • Risk Management
  • Supply chain and logistics operations
  • Wellbeing Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives
  • Global business travel security
  • Manufacturing and infrastructure security
  • Communications and information technology support

This position ensures that actionable intelligence is delivered to key stakeholders, enabling proactive risk mitigation and informed decision-making across the enterprise.

 

DUTIES OF POSITION:

  • Work in a 24/7 intelligence center environment
  • Manage and coordinate Stellantis Crisis Management Program.
  • Member of the Digital Risk Team.
  • Develop crisis management related training guidelines for Incident Management Teams (IMTs) across Stellantis facilities.
  • Create crisis management tabletops and other training exercises for Stellantis executive Crisis Management Team.
  • Provide Crisis Management, Corporate Security, and Travel Security related training to the company's workforce.
  • Manage the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Corporate Security’s 24/7 intelligence and information fusion center.
  • Responsible for GSOC’s intelligence collection and reporting mission in support of various company departments and business operations.
  • Coordinating with corporate managers in other geographic regions and countries.
  • Study and provide analysis on global dynamics and current events that potentially affect corporate decision makers and traveling employees.
  • Develop new intelligence requirements as business operations change.
  • Coordinate with U.S. Government agencies as it relates to threats to the company.
  • Manage the Corporate Security departmental website in the company intranet.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all operational needs are met.
  • Coordinate and network with security managers and industry partners to develop best practices, goals, and visions for the GSOC.
  • Monitor current events globally and assess their impact to the client’s business operations.
  • Manage personnel operationally and administratively.
  • Develop periodic evaluations and establish developmental goals for employees.
  • Assess threat levels and determine risk factors necessary to make decisions.
  • Make suggestions for the development and improvement of intelligence reporting protocols.
  • Provide input into analytical tools, systems, and processes.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Emergency/Crisis Management or similar program required
  • Minimum of 10 years intelligence analysis or security related experience, including managing an intelligence operations center
  • Knowledge of corporate crisis management-related functions
  • Experience working with executive level decision makers
  • Proven capability to lead and manage a team supporting a 24/7 operation, with flexibility to provide off-hours leadership and support as needed

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies or other applicable fields
