The duties performed are under the direct supervision of faculty or research professionals. Graduate Student Researchers must possess functional use of the sense of vision. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECommunication: Graduate Student Researchers must be able to communicate in English orally and in writing, and must be able to read and comprehend written material in English. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EPsychomotor Skills: Graduate Student Researchers must have sufficient motor function to obtain experimental data using tactile, auditory, and visual maneuvers. Graduate Student Researchers must be able to execute motor movements to perform experiments that are reasonably required of biomedical researchers. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EIntellectual and Cognitive Abilities: Graduate Student Researchers must be able to measure, calculate, reason, analyze, synthesize, integrate, and apply information. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EBehavioral and Social Attributes: Graduate Student Researchers must possess the emotional and mental health required to use their intellectual abilities fully. Graduate Student Researchers must be able to tolerate physically taxing workloads and to function effectively under stress.
