Haynes Furniture is seeking a Lead Guest Services Coordinator who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring every customer has a smooth experience from purchase through delivery and beyond.

 

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order support, delivery coordination, service scheduling, and problem resolution while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting store operations.

 

What You'll Do

 

  •          Provide outstanding customer service from point of sale through delivery and post-delivery support
  •          Confirm deliveries and coordinate service appointments with accuracy and professionalism
  •          Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure timely updates and resolution of concerns
  •          Open and manage service orders, collect necessary documentation and photos, and partner with Customer Service teams
  •          Process exchanges, credits, and warranty claims while maintaining accurate records
  •          Balance daily cash and ensure documentation is properly scanned and uploaded into company systems
  •          Assist customers with order questions, payments, delivery scheduling, and product support
  •           Collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  •          Maintain a professional and positive experience for both internal and external customers

Requirements

  •          Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday
  •          Frequent use of computer, phone, scanner, and general office equipment
  •          Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  •          High School Diploma or equivalent required
