Your Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated, self‑driven undergraduate or graduate students in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in high‑speed hardware design. As part of our team, you will help with:

  • Cuttingedge lab experience – Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital debug tools to troubleshoot realworld signalintegrity challenges.
  • Mentorship from senior engineers – Join a highperforming IP Routing team that will guide you through complex board bringup and testing.
  • Impactful projects – Contribute to the next generation of Service Router hardware that powers global networks.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Coursework or project experience with high-speed digital design, PCB layout, or signal integrity analysis.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and basic digital debugging techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, self motivation, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Proficiency in a PCB design tool (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, KiCad) and basic simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, HyperLynx).
  • Programming/scripting – Experience with Python, Tcl, or MATLAB for automating test setups, data analysis, or generating design scripts.
  • Embedded firmware basics – Ability to write or debug simple firmware (C/C++) for microcontrollers or FPGA softcores used in board bringup.
