Responsibilities also include assisting the Director of Swimming %26amp; Diving in the following areas: Ensuring all relevant institutional, Athletic Department, ACC, and NCAA rules and regulations are followed including but not limited to; eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, scheduling and academic progress. Promoting a positive environment to encourage student-athletes to strive for academic and athletic excellence. Assist in preparing and planning home meet operations and travel meet plans. Encourage and ensure the safety and well-being of the student athletes.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E

Oversees all aspects of a sports program. Recruits athletes, mentors athletes, fosters athletic, emotional, and academic group of student athletes. Oversees sports equipment, practice plans and schedules, skill development, designs coaching strategies. Oversees public and media relations. Coordinates team travel and schedule. Adheres to all rules and regulations. Oversees assistant coaching staff.

Enforces team rules. Maintains statistics. Works with the facilities representative to adhere to practice and competition schedules.
