We are looking for a Head of Human Resources, Global Deliver role to be located in Raritan or New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Purpose: This role partners with the Med Tech Supply chain Global Deliver leadership team to shape and execute the human capital strategy for a globally integrated Med Tech Deliver organization, encompassing warehousing, transportation, and logistics across the Americas, APAC and EMEA regions.
As part of MedTech’s broader transformation, Deliver Operations is evolving toward a fully integrated global network, combining regionally focused execution with globally defined strategy, standards, and capabilities. This role will help enable a step-change in performance by building the organization, capabilities, and culture required to support:
Global network transformation and optimization
Deployment of enterprise-wide Deliver capabilities
Stronger integration with Business Units in a BU-led operating model
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP, Global Deliver and leadership team
Translate business priorities into a clear people and organization strategy
Align talent, structure, and capabilities to support a globally integrated Deliver network and operating model
Organization & Transformation
Lead the people strategy for end-to-end Deliver Operations transformation, including: Network footprint and capacity changes associated with the evolution of regional vs. global accountabilities
Support the shift to a globally governed, regionally executed model, ensuring adoption of new ways of working
Partner closely with transformation and BU integration teams to enable effective operating model deployment
People Leadership
Lead and develop a team of BUHR leaders across Americas, APAC and EMEA, providing clear direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure strong delivery of the people agenda for Deliver and Customer Solutions teams in each region
Build alignment and consistency across regions by setting clear expectations, strengthening capability, and enabling BUHR leaders to effectively support regional operations while connecting to global strategy, standards, and transformation priorities
Global Capability Build
Partner with leaders to build and scale global Deliver capabilities, including: Deliver Strategy & Excellence (DS&E) strategy, standards & governance and Deliver Ops Planning capabilities.
Support development of 3–5 year capability roadmaps spanning network strategy, automation, digital enablement, and 3PL models
Ensure strong alignment between global capability teams and regional operations
Shape a culture that is: Performance-driven and accountable, globally aligned, with strong regional execution, and focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes
Talent & Leadership
Build a strong pipeline of leaders to operate a complex, dynamic global logistics network
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and targeted development actions
Coach senior leaders to navigate transformation and drive performance
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in global organizations.
Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries
Exposure to global Supply Chain or Operations organizations.
Other:
Language: English proficiency required.
Travel: Up to ~20%, domestic and international.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
