What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement an engaging curriculum aligned with CT Early Learning Standards
• Lead and mentor Assistant Teachers
• Foster strong relationships with families through daily communication and conferences
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and NAEYC standards
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
• Minimum of 30 ECE credits
• At least 3 years of childcare teaching experience
• Prior head teacher or leadership experience preferred

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
