Under general supervision of the Community Service Manager, the individual will perform full-performance professional level family assistance work in coordinating the delivery of SNAP, Medicaid and WV Works in Cabell County.  Will be responsible for directing Economic Service Supervisors, Economic Service Workers, Family Support Supervisors, and Family Support Specialists.  This individual will ensure that all applications and redeterminations are processed in agencies, advocacy groups and educational institutions.  

Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.

Minimum Qualifications

Training: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the area of assignment.

 
Experience: Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience in the area of assignment, one year of which must have been in a program administration capacity. 
Promotional Purposes Only: Eight years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in the area of assignment, one year of which must have been in a program administration capacity.
