As the**health benefits director**, you’ll directly shape the health and wellness programs of almost 80,000 employees and their families.You’ll lead the strategy, design, implementation, and performance analysis of health and wellness programs across medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and disability benefits. You’ll ensure programs deliver high-quality, competitive coverage at a sustainable cost, coordinate key vendor partnerships, and drive innovation, employee education, and market-informed strategies that enhance quality, experience, and utilization.

**Must have qualifications**

  • A minimum of 13 years of related work experience in HR or Benefits, with at least five of those years leading people or cross-functional teams.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in HR or Benefits, with at least five of those years leading people or cross-functional teams.

**Preferred skills**

  • Strong vendor, medical provider management and plan design experience.
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and partner across the organization.
  • Experience leading and developing leaders
  • Experience leading health benefits and financial benefits.

**Compensation**

  • Base: $195,000 - $220,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance and experience
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
