Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Details

The High Access Volunteer gains hands-on experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support mental health services while building clinical skills through supervision and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervised outpatient mental health services in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-informed practices aligned with training.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate cultural responsiveness in all clinical interactions.
