About this role
Responsible for maintaining the High Dive Gym, Lounge and Pool areas and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery of exceptional service is paramount. Greeting all guests with a warm greeting and walking with all guests to their lockers and be ready to answer all questions guests may have with a sincere response. Be knowledgeable in the retail side to speak about the items and knowledge of the outdoor activities (Cabana’s, Day Beds and Memberships)
Responsibilities
Greets and checks guests into the Gym and High Dive Pool Area Club and always use the Family Style Service skills and giving personalized service.
Maintains accurate knowledge of guest’s arrival and Departure while selling the necessary products
Cleans general area, Gym and pool areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests (Keeping all restrooms clean and neat and making sure the Gym always is clean and tidy.
Assists guests as needed, including delivery amenities (towel, soaps, etc.) and various refreshments to provide convenient, courteous, personalized service.
Educates and assists guests in the use of the Gym and Lounge areas and have knowledge of selling our outdoor offerings and all retail items.
Calls Security if emergency arises.
Always demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous Gym and Pool experience
CPR training preferred
Customer Service Skills with a very outgoing attitude
Literate and fluent in English
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to push/move towel carts weighing up to 100 pounds
Ability to walk, stand
Ability to occasionally lift to 60 pounds
Ability to grasp, reach, bend, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
Ability to hear and use visual inspection
Ability to occasionally use a step stool
Ability to occasionally tolerate extreme inside and outside temperatures
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
