High School Co-Op - Afternoon (Pierceton, IN, US, 46562)

Hours: 20 hours per week (Weekday mornings 7am-11am or afternoons 11am-3pm, 4 hours per shift) 

Duration: August through end of school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive product deliveries and items for our building.
• Safely move products throughout the shop floor, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to help create purchase orders and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in high school with a strong interest in manufacturing or logistics.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
