Duties

You will be responsible for installing, testing, repair, and maintenance of high voltage electrical power controlling equipment and both overhead and underground power distribution lines.,You will be responsible for repair, modification, and installation of power distribution system, including wires, cables, poles, conduits, fuses, switches, transformers, capacitors, regulators, etc.,You will perform a variety of work to assure the proper operation of sub stations and their electrical controls and apparatus.,You will respond to power outages or interruptions 24 hours a day, often in inclement weather conditions.,You will install, maintains, troubleshoot and repair secondary (480/208/120 volts) distribution and branch circuit systems to include switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, panels.,You will install, maintains, troubleshoot and repair timers, contactors, starters, outlets, switches, motors, variable speed drives, pneumatic systems, controls and helipad, street, security, and obstruction lighting.
