Valid Class B CDL with N endorsement required; must obtain Class A CDL with N endorsement within 12 months. Traffic control/flagging card and First Aid/CPR required within six months. Ability to perform roadway maintenance, operate heavy equipment, traverse rough terrain, lift up to 50 lbs, and respond to emergencies. Proficient with Windows-based computers.
