Responsibilities

• Operations Ace: Keep our bar running like clockwork by expertly managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring everything our bartenders need is at their fingertips.
• Organization Expert: Transform chaos into order by maintaining spotless workstations, organizing supplies with precision, and creating the clean, efficient environment that lets great service shine.
• Service Support Specialist: Seamlessly assist bartenders during busy rushes, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Inventory Intelligence: Track and document bar supplies with eagle-eyed accuracy, ensuring we never run out of the essentials that keep guests happy.
• Team Motivator: Work as an integral part of our dynamic bar team, contributing energy and reliability that elevates everyone's performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 months of related experience or equivalent training that shows your commitment to the service industry.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations) - we'll support you in obtaining this if needed.
• Driven by a passion for hospitality, you thrive under pressure—thinking on your feet, solving problems creatively, and creating positive experiences for others.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of bar work, including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and maintaining high energy throughout your shift.
• Dependable schedule adherence with flexibility for varying shifts based on business needs.
