The Hockey Coordinator will oversee the hockey events at Liberty First Credit Union Arena during the week and weekends.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$16.00

Located in Ralston Nebraska, the Liberty First Credit Union Arena is home to the Omaha Beef football team and the Omaha Lancers hockey club. It is a versatile venue that offers a wide range of entertainment with sports, concerts, fairs, and conventions. Liberty First Credit Union Arena also offers a wide variety of skating to the community, such as tournaments, public sessions, and private rentals with our full-size NHL sheet of ice, located in the Community Rink.
- Oversee the nightly hockey events at Ralston Arena.
- Directly coaches players and spectators.
- Answer questions.
- Take payments for ice rentals as needed.
- Keep patrons out of restricted areas of the venue.
- Coordinate times, ice cleans, and special needs/requests with the Zamboni Driver.
- Lock up the building at the end of each night.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with hockey, sports teams, and/or events.
- Ability to interact with the public with people of all ages.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work evenings/nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Knowledge/experience driving Zamboni preferred but not required.
