Experienced RN Healthcare Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RN Home Health Administrator to lead agency operations and drive excellence in patient care. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare professional with a strong background in RN leadership or management within a healthcare setting who is passionate about delivering high-quality home health services.

The Administrator will oversee daily operations, support clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and help grow a culture focused on compassion, accountability, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Position Summary

The RN Home Health Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational performance, and regulatory compliance of the agency. This individual works closely with Clinical Leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily agency operations
  • Direct and support clinical and administrative teams
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Lead survey readiness and audit response activities
  • Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and team development
  • Monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational performance
  • Manage budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • Promote a positive and accountable leadership culture

Requirements

  • Current RN License required (BSN preferred)
  • Must have previous leadership or management experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 3 years of Home Health management experience preferred
  • Extensive OASIS experience required
  • Homecare Homebase experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
  • Current CPR Certification
