Hotel Accounting Clerk

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Hotel Accounting Clerk.

What will you be doing most days?

·        Maintain all files including current direct bill applications, pending, and paid files

·        Report directly to General Manager and/or Corporate Accounting team members to ensure the proper posting and reconciliation of all active direct bill accounts and airlines

·        Make collections calls and keep notes of all collection efforts

·        Prepare daily recollections and invoices

What are the requirements for this position?

·        You have a bachelor’s or associate degree in business, accounting, or related field. Or may have equivalent accounting experience as well.

·        You have relevant accounting and accounts receivable experience

·        You have strong computer technical skills, including MS Excel and Word

·        You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·        You must be able to meet deadlines

·        You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is largely a sedentary role; however, you must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 10% travel. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight.

Pay Scale: $18.17- $31.26/hour
