In this role, you will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels, partnering with engineering and program leaders to navigate the unique people challenges that arise when an organization is simultaneously building transformation capabilities and managing the human impact of that transformation.

- Proactively assess the team, manager, and organizational development needs within ATA's technical and program teams, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, leveraging people analytics to inform talent strategy
- Drive talent management strategies that support ATA's growth, including attracting and retaining talent with expertise in AI, automation, and organizational change
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle (Checkpoint) and employee engagement survey throughout the year. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the organization

- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution across the organization's distributed workforce
- Work closely with Employee Relations partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed
- Support organizational design efforts as the organization evolves its structure — including new workflows, changing spans, and role evolution driven by agentification
- Participate in and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community
