HR Coordinator / HR Administrator 

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator / HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations with a focus on compliance, onboarding, and employee record management. The ideal candidate will have experience with I-9 processing, E-Verify, and HR systems, along with strong organizational and communication skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage employee onboarding processes, including completion and verification of Form I-9  
  • Process and maintain E-Verify cases in compliance with federal regulations  
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records and documentation  
  • Assist with HR administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and reporting  
  • Maintain employee information in HRIS systems such as Arcoro and ADP  
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating candidate tracking through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)  
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process; schedule and complete onboarding meetings in a timely manner 

 

  • Effectively communicate with other departments and field leadership to address new hire onboardings and trainings 
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department  
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws  

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration  
  • Hands-on experience with I-9 verification and E-Verify processes  
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP and ATS platforms  
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE/ 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field  
  • Basic General Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
