HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Workforce Development team in the execution of the organization’s training, learning, and talent programs.
What Do You Offer Us?
- Coordinate all Workforce Development events, including event planning and execution
- Manage calendar for program delivery, scheduling, and set-up
- Support day to day elements of Workforce Development programs and systems and act as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support - provides information and resolves issues or problems
- Create Workforce Development communications, including brochures, facts sheets, reports, presentations, newsletters articles, etc.
- Research technological resources that can help accomplish organizational goals
- Support internship programs through sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and managing the intern experience
- Track key metrics for all training, learning, and talent programs, and provide reporting as needed
- All other duties as assigned

What is Required?
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional setting
- Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to manage time effectively in order to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on a fast-paced team and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people at all levels of the organization
- 30-40% travel required
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
General office physical demands which can include: the ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and walk. The ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds. The ability to sit for sustained periods of time. The ability to demonstrate the manual dexterity necessary to operate a keyboard and/or calculator.
