Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HRIS & Systems Support
Maintain and update employee records in Workday and ADP.
Assist with data entry and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Assist with benefits enrollment, department audits, and attendance tracking.
Recruitment & Hiring
Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support hiring managers with candidate communication.
Assist with conducting phone screenings.
Employee Records & Compliance:
Organize and maintain confidential employee files (digital and physical).
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and federal regulations.
Onboarding & Orientation
Prepare onboarding materials and assist Recruiter with coordinating new hire orientation.
Assist Recruiter with new employee integration.
Training Coordination:
Assist with Learning and Development initiatives by maintaining training records and compliance reporting.
Oversee food truck scheduling.
Core Competences:
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous approach to task prioritization and workflow coordination.
Capable of delivering high-quality results ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
Demonstrate uncompromising ethical behavior and stewardship over confidential information
Adaptable to shifting priorities and new responsibilities as needed.
Professional Experience:
Prior administrative or HR support experience is a plus but not required.
Education and Specialized Skills:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Workday and ADP is preferred.
Environment:
Candidate can be exposed to hot climate (up to 110 degrees F) and loud noise that may exceed 87 decibels when in the plant / on the shop floor.
Mobility and Physical Requirements:
Work location: Barnwell, SC. The role operates in both office and manufacturing environments.
Please note that manufacturing areas are not climate controlled
Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands regularly while performing job duties.
Full-time position: Monday–Friday
