The HR Coordinator will support the Chief Administrative Officer and serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership on daily HR operations. This role plays a critical part in assisting in the full employee lifecycle—including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration—while helping ensure efficient processes and a positive employee experience.Core Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
· Assist as a resource for employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, payroll, compensation, and HR systems
· Act as a liaison between internal teams and Corporate HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
· Audit employee files periodically to ensure all required documents are included and maintain organization.
Talent Lifecycle & Recruiting
· Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for W-2 and 1099 employees, including system setup, orientation, and workflow coordination.
· Assist in drafting and maintaining job descriptions and offer letters.
· Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
· Partner with managers on onboarding, role changes, and terminations.
Training & Culture
· Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs
· Support initiatives that enhance company culture, including employee engagement events and recognition programs
Operations, Facilities & Projects
· Assist with day-to-day workplace operations, including office coordination and seating management
· Support facilities needs such as maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000.
