As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator I supports employees across The Boldt Group and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and providing administrative and operational support across
HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting support, compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping. This position is key to ensuring Human Resources operates as a trusted, enterprise‑wide resource. You’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of HR, ensuring data integrity, smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, and dependable support across the employee lifecycle.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20 - $24 hourly. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, responding professionally and timely
- Support onboarding activities including background checks, drug screens, electronic I‑9 verification, and system setup
- Assist with offboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating timely communications
- Create and maintain employee profiles in Boldt’s HR/ERP systems for office and union employees, including data audits to ensure accuracy
- Support HR systems through data entry, reporting, workflow support, and basic system tasks
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with recordkeeping and compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative and project support to Human Resources as needed
