About this role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance — playing a key part in building a positive and productive workplace culture across our portfolio of managed properties, including Bay Harbor Golf Club and Crooked Tree Golf Club.
Responsibilities:- Help manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and extending offers
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Administer and maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws
- Assist with payroll processing and address payroll-related inquiries
- Support employee engagement and retention programs
- Maintain Monthly Newsletters, Internal Communication, and Recruitment Materials
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent development initiatives
- Support learning and development programs, including training coordination and tracking
Achieved at least an Associates Degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
